Description EVO-STIK Sticks Like Sh*t TURBO is a high performance grab adhesive based on Silyl Modified Polymer (SMP) that offers a high bond strength enabling instant grab. It is a faster setting version of the standard EVO-STIK Sticks Like Sh*t Adhesive. Available in white or clear, in 290ml cartridges. EVO-STIK Sticks Like Sh*t TURBO is solvent free, vibration and shock resistant and weather resistant. EVO-STIK Sticks Like Sh*t TURBO is resistant to temperatures up to 90°C and as low as -40°C. It will even adhere to damp surfaces (but not saturated or running with water). EVO-STIK Sticks Like Sh*t TURBO can be used for sticking a wide range of building materials including vertical bonding of heavy items such as brick, stone, and ceramic tiles without support. It provides excellent adhesion to most building materials including PVC, metal, wood, polyurethane, steel, aluminium, stone, glass, and mortar. EVO-STIK Sticks Like Sh*t TURBO can be used both internally and externally and is suitable for roof tiles, skirting boards, panels, siding materials, and plasterboard rails. Preparation: Surfaces must be sound, clean, and free from any contaminants such as dust, oil, grease, and any loose material. Damp surfaces must be checked for weak or loose material on the surfaces that the presence of damp might hide. EVO-STIK Sticks Like Sh*t TURBO should not be used on surfaces contaminated by bitumen, and it is not suitable for continuously damp conditions. Cut off the dome at the top of the cartridge taking care not to damage the thread. Cut the nozzle to the desired width and angle. Screw the nozzle onto the cartridge. Insert the cartridge into a professional caulking gun and repeatedly squeeze the trigger until the adhesive appears. Application: Apply parallel beads of adhesive to one of the surfaces, align and bring the surfaces together within 10 minutes. Beads 5mm in diameter are generally sufficient. For close fitting surfaces the bead may be reduced to 3mm diameter. The degree of separation of the beads of EVO-STIK Sticks Like Sh*t TURBO will depend upon the rigidity and weight of the panel, board or sign being bonded. A perimeter bead should not be applied as this can increase curing times. For rigid sheets 100 – 150mm separation between beads is generally sufficient for high loading but may be increased if the load is low (such as lightweight wallboards and foam polystyrene) where 200mm – 500mm is acceptable. For less rigid boards the separation may need to be quite small, and it is important to choose the correct bead size to ensure good contact on the mating surfaces. Clamp or support the materials until sufficient time has elapsed. It should not be used on surfaces contaminated with bitumen. EVO-STIK Sticks Like Sh*t TURBO is not suitable for continuous exposure to water. Also not suitable for movement joints, and it is not suitable in combination with chlorides (pools).
