Description UltraTile ProSealer Silicone Sealant is a neutral cure silicone sealant that provides a highly flexible and water resistant seal to a wide variety of sanitary joints conforming to ISO 846 and construction joint applications accommodating high movement and temperature changes. It is also manufactured to meet the requirements of ISO 11600 25LM. UltraTile ProSealer Silicone is easy to apply, FDA approved and boasts excellent adhesion without the need to prime. UltraTile ProSealer Silicone Sealant is available in the following colours to complement UltraTile ProGrout Flexible Tile Grout: White, Ivory, Jasmine, Limestone, Taupe, Silver Grey, Mid Grey, Grey, Dark Grey, Charcoal, Black and Clear. Applications: UltraTile ProSealer Silicone is suitable for sanitary, glazing, construction and industrial applications onto ceramic, acrylic, laminate, metal, wood or glass surfaces. Sanitary applications include bathrooms, kitchens and other areas prone to high humidity. Sealing of all types of sanitary-ware including baths, basins, showers, toilets and glazed tile surrounds. When using with natural stone tiles, please try an inconspicuous area first to ensure suitable before use. Not suitable for bitumen, asphalt or aquariums. Surface Preparation & Application: Surfaces to be sealed must be sound, dry, clean and free of dust, grease and other contaminants. Deep gaps must be filled prior to the application of UltraTile ProSealer Silicone. When applying to plastic and acrylic baths, fill the bath half full with water whilst sealing and during cure. This provides the midpoint of any movement that will be encountered. Always tool sealant down to ensure a proper bond is achieved. Tool within 15 minutes of applying.
