Description The Genesis T Shaped Dividing Strip Profile is designed to provide a transition strip between floor coverings with little or no height variation. The T-shape allows for retrofit application, provided a sufficient space has been left between the two floor coverings at the point where they meet, such as in doorways. The respective edges of the floorcoverings are covered in such a way that the marginal areas of the flooring material cannot be damaged. The Genesis T Shaped Dividing Strip Profile is then simply pressed into the joint, once a bed of suitable grab or fixing adhesive has been first applied to secure the mounting leg. The Genesis T Shaped Dividing Strip Profile is available in aluminium or stainless steel. The aluminium profiles are available in the following anodised surface finishes: 91 Bright Silver, 81 Matt Silver, 83 Matt Brass. The stainless steel profiles are available in standard 84 polished stainless steel or 102 brushed stainless steel. The stainless steel profiles should be used where high levels of hygiene are sought, such as food processing industries, breweries, dairies and hospitals. The aluminium profiles are available in 22mm or 14mm (81 Matt Silver only) widths, and the stainless steel profiles measure 20mm in width. All profiles have an anchoring leg that measures 9mm in depth and are supplied in lengths of 2.5 metres.
