Description The Genesis Floor Transition Reducer Profile is an aluminium sloped transition profile for providing a neat transition between two floorcoverings of differing heights, up to 20mm in thickness. It features self adhesive glue strips on each longitudinal edge for fixing to the floor surface. It also provides an excellent cover where an expansion gap has been left or is desired between two different floor coverings. Available in the following Genesis finishes: 17 Matt Black, 40 Oak, 81 Matt Silver, 83 Matt Brass, 89 Bronze, 91 Bright Silver, 94 Brushed Silver. The Genesis Floor Transition Reducer Profile measures 40mm in width and is available in 0.9 and 2.7 metre lengths. Installation: Clean surface thoroughly ensuring removal of any contamination that may prevent the adhesive tape strip from adhering to the surface properly. NB it is important to remember that the safety strip will only stick to surfaces that are smooth and free form dirt and grease. Cut the profile to length, remove release paper from self-adhesive strip. Place the profile into position, apply pressure along the full length to ensure adhesion.
