Description The UltraTile ProDeck Linear Shower Tray Wet Room Kit is a complete wet room system that is comprised of a UltraTile ProDeck shower tray, drain trap kit and a waterproofing kit. The UltraTile ProDeck Linear Shower Tray is a blue coloured self-supporting shower tray with a pre-formed minimum fall of 2% that can be used with tiles, resin, vinyl and micro-cement floor coverings. Measuring 22mm or 24mm at the outer edges (dependent on tray size), the UltraTile ProDeck Linear Shower Tray allows barrier-free installation with most timber and cement board substrates, it is self-supporting and can span joists with a load baring capacity of 470kg. The UltraTile ProDeck Linear Shower Tray is manufactured using a resin gel and reinforced fibre glass process and includes 50% recycled materials, allowing for it to be fully recycled after use, which makes it perfect for environmental projects. It can be trimmed to size using a diamond saw. The UltraTile ProDeck Linear Shower Tray is available in the following sizes/drain channel lengths: 1000 x 1000 x 22mm with 600mm channel 1200 x 900 x 22mm with 600mm channel on long side 1200 x 900 x 22mm with 600mm channel on short side 1200 x 1200 x 22mm with 600mm channel 1400 x 900 x 22mm with 600mm channel 1500 x 900 x 22mm with 600mm channel 1500 x 1200 x 24mm with 800mm channel 1600 x 900 x 22mm with 800mm channel 1800 x 900 x 24mm with 600mm channel Use the size guide above which shows the drain channel location of each tray size. This tray features a linear channel drain and is supplied complete with a drain trap that has a flow rate of 32 litres per minute. It is a two-part design for easy installation, and features a removable mechanical water trap which prevents foul air from escaping from the drain. It features a 40mm solvent weld connection. The drain trap body only projects 74mm below the ProDeck, for a low height installation. Each kit is supplied with a tile-in stainless steel channel cover as standard.
