Description The Dukkaboard Channel Drain Shower Tray is a pre-formed shower tray with a drain outlet located towards one end of the board and pre-formed falls. Manufactured using a high-density extruded polystyrene core with a polymer modified, glass fibre reinforced cement coating on both sides, which adds rigidity and strength. The polystyrene core is shaped so as to form a gradient fall across the entire tray towards the trap outlet. This is to make drainage of water more efficient and keep water from a shower inside the tray. The Dukkaboard Channel Drain Shower Tray is ideal for creating a substrate that is ready for tiling onto, and offers unparalleled strength and stability while remaining light and easy to handle. The dimensional drawing for each tray size option above gives an detailed indication of the placement of the channel trap for each tray size option. ‘Twin Gradient’ trays have only two falls, one from each end of the tray. ‘Quad Gradient’ have the standard 4 preformed falls on the tray from each outer corner to each corresponding closest corner of the drain channel.
