Description RUBI Diamond Grinding Flap Discs are designed for grinding ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, sintered stone and natural stone. These discs are highly recommended for grinding edges and small surfaces, making them excellent for the execution of mitred edges and bevels with a grinder. Each disc includes an aluminium adapter with M14 coupling thread, adaptable to any standard grinder on the market. This aluminium adapter helps reduce vibrations and provide better stability during operation. These discs are mounted on an electroplated aluminium backing plate which offers greater rigidity and strength compared to other brands which use plastic backing plates. RUBI Diamond Grinding Flap Discs measure 115mm in diameter to suit all standard angle grinders and are available in 3 different grit levels: #60 coarse – For initial and more aggressive grinding. #120 medium – For medium grinding. #200 fine – For final finishing, non-polished finish. Facilitates a surface ready for subsequent polishing and brightening to a higher grit level using the RUBI Diamond Polishing Pads. The maximum recommended RPM for these discs is 10,500 RPM.
