Description Impey Waterguard Jointing Tape & Corners are self adhesive sealing accessories for waterproof sealing of joints and corner junctions in wet rooms or shower areas, prior to applying tiles. Impey WaterGuard Jointing Tape is made from a self adhesive butyl rubber membrane which is highly elastic, resistant to ageing and completely waterproof. The preformed corner pieces are made from one continuous section of membrane, ensuring a completely waterproof seal in the corner junctions, which is always a vulnerable area for leaks and trapped water in wet rooms and showers. The tape measures 155mm in width and is supplied in 10 metre rolls. Both the tape and the corners feature a split paper backing that is easy to remove. Simply peel off the backing paper and apply directly to the joints/corner sections to be sealed, pressing down firmly to ensure proper adhesion to the underlying substrate.
