Description UltraFloor Level IT Multi Pro is a rapid curing, high performance free flowing two-part smoothing underlayment. It incorporates Envirobead® technology which is made with 20% recycled material for improved application and reduced environmental impact. It consists of a powdered component incorporating a blend of high specification cements, graded fillers and additives and a pre-gauged high polymer content liquid component, supplied together as one 25kg unit. UltraFloor Level IT Multi Pro is suitable for depths between 2-15mm. Its protein free formulation means it is ideal for use in biologically sensitive areas. Subfloor Preparation: All surfaces must be dry and in a sound and stable condition free from contaminants that may prevent adhesion. Smooth dense surfaces can be roughened by mechanical scabbling to enhance the key. Subfloors should be tested in accordance with BS 8203 to ensure a moisture reading of less than 75% RH is achieved. Priming: Absorbent Subfloors: Priming is not required for the purpose of adhesion. Optional priming can be carried out using UltraFloor Prime IT Multi-surface Primer (MSP) for a pinhole-free surface. Non-Absorbent Subfloors: Priming is not required, including applications to UltraFloor DPM IT or UltraFloor Suppress IT, as long as UltraFloor Level IT Multi Pro is applied within 12 hours and it is trafficable. Mixing Instructions: Shake the pre-gauged bottle of liquid prior to opening. Pour the entire contents into a 20L bucket. Gradually add the UltraFloor Level IT Multi Pro powder while continually mixing using an electric drill with a suitable power whisk. Mix for 2 minutes until a lump-free creamy material is attained. Only mix single units. Do not add further liquid or water. Application: Pour the mixed UltraFloor Level IT Multi Pro Levelling Compound onto the floor and spread with a smooth edge steel trowel. A spiked roller may be used within 10 minutes to improve the finish. Do not spike roll after UltraFloor Level IT Multi Pro has started to set. Substrate-Specific Guidance: Old Adhesive Residues: Ensure residues are non-water soluble. Treat porous areas as absorbent; otherwise, treat as non-absorbent. Calcium Sulphate Screeds: Remove laitance, ensure <75% RH. Apply UltraFloor Prime IT MSP (3:1 and 1:1 coats). Asphalt: New asphalt needs 7 days and degreasing. Repair any cracks in existing asphalt. Steel Floors: Mechanically abrade to clean, corrosion-free metal. Remove all residue. Flooring Grade Plywood: Plywood must be mechanically fixed and stable. Use for smoothing before overlaying as well. Surface DPM & MVS: Apply UltraFloor Level IT Multi Pro within 12 hours. No priming required. Electric Underfloor Heating: Fix cables to backer board. Cover 5mm for resilient/textile/timber or 3mm for ceramic/stone.
