Description UltraTile ProLevel Ultimate is a high-performance, semi-rapid curing, free-flowing, single-part smoothing underlayment. Formulated with a unique blend of cements, polymers, graded fillers, and additives, this advanced product incorporates Envirobead® technology—made with 20% recycled material—for enhanced application and reduced environmental impact. UltraTile ProLevel Ultimate is ideal for use over a wide range of subfloors, including concrete, sand & cement, calcium sulphate screeds, anhydrite, hemihydrate screeds, existing cementitious underlayments, damp proof membranes, moisture-tolerant adhesive residues, radiant electrical heating systems, flooring-grade plywood, steel, asphalt, tile backer boards, and various tiled surfaces such as porcelain, ceramic, quarry, and terrazzo. It is suitable for application depths from 2–12mm and up to 30mm on solid substrates like concrete. UltraTile ProLevel Ultimate allows for the installation of decorative floor coverings in as little as 4 hours, thanks to its fast-setting, protein-free formula—perfect for biologically sensitive areas such as hospitals and kitchens. Its moisture-tolerant nature makes it an excellent choice for pre-smoothing prior to the application of surface damp proof membranes (DPM) and moisture vapour suppressants (MVS), often without the need for priming. UltraTile ProLevel Ultimate Levelling Compound is compatible with both electrical and warm water underfloor heating systems, and can be used for patching, pre-smoothing, or full subfloor levelling. Surface Preparation: Prior to applying UltraTile ProLevel Ultimate Levelling Compound, ensure all substrates are dry, sound, and free from contaminants. For non-absorbent substrates such as resin DPMs, ceramic tiles, steel, and asphalt, priming is generally not required.
