Description The RUBI DL-125 1200 Water Cooled Tile Cutter is a lightweight, robust, and easy to transport tile cutter. It combines power (2.4 HP motor) and portability (only weighs 48 kg), making it ideal for jobs where space is limited. Its wide range of cutting sizes (up to 30mm thick and 1350mm long) make it a highly versatile tool for all types of tiling jobs. It features a maximum cutting length of 1240mm and diagonal cutting size of 900 x 900mm. It can cut tiles up to 30mm (1 stroke) or 50mm (2 strokes) in thicknes. The RUBI DL-125 1200 Water Cooled Tile Cutter features a 1800W motor that operates at a high RPM of 12000 RPM. It is designed to be used with 115mm – 130mm diameter diamond blades, the same common sizes used by angle grinders. The saw is supplied complete with a RUBI TVR 125mm diamond blade. Please note: It is recommended to use blades that are 1.4mm or more in thickness, in order to decrease the chance of the blade warping due to the high RPM of the cutter motor. The RUBI DL-125 1200 Water Cooled Tile Cutter is equipped with the C3 Python water cooling system to help increase diamond blade performance. The water cooling system uses an 8 litre external tank, handling it during cleaning and refilling operations is easier and faster than using a conventional water reservoir under the cutting table of the saw. This increases cooling efficiency and reduces water dispersion and loss. The RUBI DL-125 1200 Water Cooled Tile Cutter features a 350mm wide extruded aluminium chassis reinforced with the RUBI double beam system for a stable and rigid platform. It also features height adjustable legs for stability, wheels and a handle to aid transport and handling. Included with the cutter is a double lateral extension table to extend the cutting table width for large format tiles, and a lateral stop for repetitive cuts. The cutting head on the RUBI DL-125 1200 Water Cooled Tile Cutter is mounted on bearings for maximum precision and reliability. The cutting head can be tilted for mitre cutting.
