Description The RUBI Turbo Viper TVA diamond blade is recommended for dry cutting of hard materials such as: granite, rustic stoneware, clinker, refractory, slate and, of course, porcelain stoneware. Please note: This blade is NOT suitable for use on 20mm porcelain or for doing mitre cuts. The specific design of the diamond band of RUBI’s TVA diamond disc offers a higher cutting speed in the hardest materials without sacrificing the quality of the finish. The RUBI Turbo Viper TVA diamond blade range is made up of the most common diameters for use in grinders (115, 125, 180 and 230 mm), but also includes a “”MINI”” diameter of 85 mm, perfect for the execution of small-sized cuts. This particular diamond blade combines all the goodness of a TURBO blade with the benefits of a specially designed diamond band to reduce cutting stresses and improve the quality of the finish. As with the vast majority of its diamond blades, the RUBI Turbo Viper TVA Diamond Blade uses laser technology to bond the diamond strip to the steel core of the blade. Laser welding is the best guarantee of quality and safety in the production of diamond blades.
