Description The Raimondi Pedalo Washboy Bucket Set is a washboy set designed for washing grout residues from large floor areas. It features a large 40 litre capacity tank which reduces the need for frequent water changes, and is supplied complete with a pole handle sponge float and a quick change hand sponge float. The long aluminium handled pole sponge float included with the Raimondi Pedalo Washboy Bucket Set enables you to work in a standing position when washing away grout residues, and the bucket features a foot-operated pedal sponge squeezing attachment. Both of which make it much easier and faster to clean large floor and wall areas than using a smaller washboy set such as the Raimondi Skipper Washboy Set, on your hands and knees. Replacement sponges are also available for the pole handled sponge float from the drop down menu above. These feature Raimondi’s “Sweepex” sponge which is a high performance sponge made from a unique open-cell reticulated foam that has excellent water retention properties, is highly absorbent and performs well at cleaning away grout and adhesive residues, leaving a streak and smear free surface behind. It measures 130 x 300 x 30mm and is attached to the pole handle bracket via screws. There are two variants available, one with or one without square block cuts on the sponge face – these increase the “bite” of the sponge, for increased cleaning power compared to a smooth surface. The large hand sponge float supplied with the Raimondi Pedalo Washboy Bucket Set measures 170 x 340 x 40mm and is designed for cleaning large wall surfaces.
