Description The Dukkaboard Reinforcement Mesh is a latex coated, open weave glass reinforcing mesh that provides multi-directional tensile strength. It must be used in certain applications to uphold the strength and rigidity of XPS (Cement coated extruded foam) Tile Backer Board panel installations. The Dukkaboard Reinforcement Mesh is available in 2 different sizes: 100mm x 90m – for joint reinforcement between tile backer boards. 1m x 50m – for reinforcing the entire surface area of tile backer board installations. We recommend using the 1 metre wide version of the Dukkaboard Reinforcement Mesh over the entire surface area of the tile backer board installation where there will be point loading, such as small mosaics on floor areas. When using this mesh with the Dukkaboard Creative Panel, the slotted side must always be reinforced once it is in the desired position. The Dukkaboard Reinforcement Mesh is easily cut to the desired length using a utility knife or scissors.
