Although originally developed for petrol applications, this intercooler is also widely used in high-power BMW M57 and N57 diesel builds due to its large 7.5″ core, providing exceptional cooling efficiency. Engine-facing universal inlet and outlet connections secured with hose clamps simplify custom piping installation and eliminate the restrictive OEM quick-connect system. Our intercooler delivers up to 80% more cooling capacity over OEM. Built with a high-density Bar & Plate core, it keeps intake temps low even under extreme boost pressures (3 bar ).
