Description 2″ Mini Zirconia Flap Disc – Roll Lock Steel Bulldog Mini Zirconia Flap Discs are manufactured using premium zirconia grain which fractures frequently to continually produce fresh sharp points and deliver a faster cut-rate than aluminum oxide. Developed for heavy stock removal and high pressure grinding, the high strength resin bond system provides superior grain support which resists heat and humidity for longer life. The mini disc is made with a high quality plastic backing plate which provides extra strength while being lightweight and maintaining its ability to absorb vibration for operator comfort. Just like its larger counterparts, the snippets are constructed of strong polyester cotton backing with a high strength resin to bind the grit. The mini discs allow you to get in the tight areas and still have the versatility and effectiveness of a flap disc. The R-Type quick change twist roll lock backing make it fast and easy to install on your tool. They are useful for cleaning small areas, rust removal, deburring, deflashing, cleaning weld lines and splatter, blending, finishing and polishing. The T27 shape is best for grinding and polishing non-flat surfaces.
