Description The BIHUI Electric Vacuum Lifter is a cordless suction cup lifting device that operates using an electric vacuum pump to achieve a high level of suction, securing it to almost any surface. It works on rough, porous and even wet surfaces. It is particularly useful when fixing large-format tiles and also helps with handling of tiles that have been back-buttered or primed. The BIHUI Electric Vacuum Lifter is supplied with a double layer rubber seal suction pad for use on smooth surfaces, and a foam rubber seal pad for use on rough or textured surfaces. All in a durable aluminium carry case. The BIHUI Electric Vacuum Lifter is easy to operate with a one button operation. It is a truly cordless unit, power is supplied from a 21V Li-ion battery pack, which lasts for 4 hours of use and takes 3 hours to charge. A charger for the battery pack is supplied with the unit. The BIHUI Electric Vacuum Lifter can lift up to 170kg. It is suitable for use on many surfaces, including: Plasterboard, checker plate, drain covers, worktops, doors, glass, stone slabs, concrete pavers, flagstones, textured tiles & glass, and many more. The BIHUI Electric Vacuum Lifter works particularly well on rough or porous materials (wood, concrete, rock, gypsum boards, natural stone tiles) that otherwise wouldn’t work with a standard hard rubber suction cup. Porous surfaces allow air to travel through them, rendering a vacuum cavity created by a standard suction cup to fail after a few seconds. The BIHUI Electric Vacuum Lifter works well on these surfaces by constantly pumping out air at a rate greater than the rate of air leaking through the material. The flexible foam rubber seal on the bottom creates excellent seal by moulding itself to any contours and uneven surfaces. A rubber protected pressure gauge allows the user to monitor the vacuum pressure level in accordance with the lifting capacity for any given material. Operating Instructions: Press and hold the switch for 3-5 seconds to turn the unit on or off. After powering on, the digital display is always red. Press the switch once to initiate the suction. The absorbing LED light will always be green. When the inhalation is completed, the LED light will go out. Press the switch quickly 2 times to release the pressure. The exhaust LED light will always be green. Once the pressure is fully released, the light will go out.
