Description The GRABO PRO Brushless Vacuum Lifter is a premium version of the standard GRABO PLUS Electric Vacuum Lifter – a cordless suction cup lifting device that operates using an electric vacuum pump to achieve a high level of suction, securing it to almost any surface. It works on rough, porous and even wet surfaces. It is particularly useful when fixing large-format tiles and also helps with handling of tiles that have been back-buttered or primed. The GRABO PRO Brushless Vacuum Lifter differs from the standard GRABO PLUS with the following features: Automatic on/off switch – Once turned on, when the GRABO PRO Electric Vacuum Lifter reaches maximum vacuum capacity it automatically turns off. Sensors then monitor and maintain the required pressure to provide for the optimum level of suction, with the pump automatically powering up to restore any loss of pressure. Interchangeable batteries – One of the most practical and cost-saving features of the GRABO PRO Brushless is its battery compatibility with major tool brands. Thanks to specially designed adaptors (available separately or as a kit) you can power the tool with the batteries you already own from leading brands such as DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee, Bosch, and Flex. Smart digital gauge – More than just being a digital version of the analogue gauge, and showing pressure in Bar and PSI, the digital display shows the maximum weight (in both KG and pounds) that the GRABO PRO Brushless Vacuum Lifter can safely lift at that very moment. Ergonomic handle with Rubberised Dual Release buttons – The GRABO PRO Brushless is equipped with fully rubberised control buttons and handle, giving you smoother, more precise control at your fingertips. Built to handle tough job site conditions, the rubberised finish provides added protection against dust, dirt, and moisture, ensuring long-lasting reliability and dependable performance in even the most demanding environments. It also introduces an important upgrade in user safety with its dual-release system. This new feature is designed to prevent accidental release of materials while lifting or moving. To disengage suction, the operator must first press the green button before pressing the red release button. This simple two-step process ensures that materials can only be released intentionally, adding an extra layer of protection for both the user and the material being handled. Brushless motor – The GRABO PRO Brushless is equipped with a powerful brushless motor, designed to deliver superior performance. It is suitable for use on many surfaces, including: Plasterboard, checker plate, drain covers, worktops, doors, glass, stone slabs, concrete pavers, flagstones, textured tiles & glass, and many more. The GRABO PRO Brushless Vacuum Lifter works particularly well on rough or porous materials (wood, concrete, rock, gypsum boards, natural stone tiles) that otherwise wouldn’t work with a standard hard rubber suction cup. Porous surfaces allow air to travel through them, rendering a vacuum cavity created by a standard suction cup to fail after a few seconds. The GRABO PRO Brushless Vacuum Lifter works well on these surfaces by constantly pumping out air at a rate greater than the rate of air leaking through the material. The flexible foam rubber seal on the bottom creates excellent seal by moulding itself to any contours and uneven surfaces. With continuous use, especially on rough materials, the seal on a GRABO Lifter gradually wears out. As it does, the lifting capacity diminishes. A replacement seal is available that can be changed by hand within seconds. The GRABO PRO Brushless is supplied complete with remote, carry bag and dedicated GRABO battery. It also comes complete with a set of replacement buttons. Other accessory attachments are available separately, to enhance the usability of the GRABO PRO Brushless: The GRABO RockSeal for lifting materials with extremely rough or porous surfaces. The GRABO Slender Seal for use with materials that have narrow, elongated surfaces.
